With over 15 years of experience managing complex construction and fabrication projects across London and Europe, Serhii brings exceptional technical leadership and precision to every build. A highly-qualified professional welder, he oversees all production and ensures our staircases meet the highest standards of engineering and craftsmanship.

Business Development Director
Alex helps clients bring their dream staircase to life. With strong experience in construction and bespoke staircase projects, he understands both the creative and technical sides—from initial design sketches to final installation. He works closely with homeowners, architects, and builders to simplify decisions, anticipate challenges, and ensure every detail is covered, delivering a staircase that becomes the centrepiece of the home.

Gali is a Co-Founder and Commercial Director graduated from London Business School and brings a combined background in construction and financial management.
